Overview

Josh joined ADD&L Insurance as an insurance broker in 2010 after working directly for Liberty Mutual Insurance. Within his career, Josh has continued to focus on understanding his clients’ needs, building long-term relationships, and being the professional insurance partner of choice through continued excellent service. He understands the importance of competitive pricing along with responsive, personal service. As of 2017, he was brought in as a partner of the agency.

Josh has been a resident of the greater Sacramento area since 1979, is married to Heidi Horch and together they have been blessed with two children: Annie and Asher. He received a bachelor’s degree in Risk Management & Insurance from CSU Sacramento. After graduating, Josh decided to follow in his families’ footsteps by joining the insurance firm his Grandfather helped to create in 1957.
